ECCO Flagship Store Cologne - "Store of the week"
ECCO Europe decided to employ the support of ARNO for the implementation of
their furnishing concept at their new flagship store in Cologne. And for good
reasons.
Within 2 weeks ARNO designed the key elements of the store.
Production, delivery and installation followed over the following 6 weeks.
Winner of the Retail Week Award 2009, the shop fitting strikingly reflects the
first class standard of the brand.
The goal of the ECCO brand wall was the outstanding depiction of the „Most
Comfortable Place on Earth“ campaign which spotlights the key factors of ECCO
shoes. A clean and quality finish was the prerequisite to successfully reflect
the image of the brand. The deployment of neon illumination rounds off the
appearance of the wall element.
Particularly high standards were expected of this unit. To highlight the
prominent quality and status of ECCO golf shoes they were to be presented in
their „natural“ environment. Grass carpeting and golf balls cater for the
desired authenticity and the integrated revolving disc allows the shoe to be
seen from all angles. Chief attraction: the upper presentation display area can
be completely refitted. In other words seasonal features can be created and
integrated to spotlight products.
This display also impresses via its high quality finish. The desired oak and
leather look has been cost effectively achieved with the implemented materials.
The 3 pillars are supported by a stable fundament which easily allows safe new
positioning in the shop. The delivery includes 2 different surface variations
which are exchangeable via the magnet holders.
